We’re looking for talented and motivated financial services professionals to join a collaborative working group around Gen Z. We have just a couple of slots left.

Introducing our Gen Z Working Group

At our conferences and in our reporting, we’ve heard repeatedly from many top FIs that figuring out how to cater to Gen Z is one of the most important themes for them going forward. 

We want to help you build lovable products for Gen Z  — your next generation of customers. 

We’re opening our doors to the first group of members of our new Working Group. It’s all about building products that Gen Z will love. (here’s a fact sheet)

What will we do?

In our Gen Z Working Group, we’ll meet online and offline in a professional group to discuss major trends driving Gen Z consumers. We’ll collaborate on strategizing new products and services that appeal to the younger generation.

It’s a working group — you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, share, network, and collaborate with peers across the industry. There will also be IRL meetings, as well — a real hybrid experience to work in a really powerful group. 

If all goes right, you’ll bring back powerful learnings, ideas, and plans to your organization to drive your Gen Z plans forward.

Who’s in?

You’ll join senior executives from Citi, SoFi, Synchrony, Worldpay, US Bank, Greenlight, and more already registered. We have C-levels, EVPs, and SVPs as members.

Who’s it for?

This will be a small group of 8-12 people — first come, first serve. Priority will go to senior bank and payments professionals serious about improving your Gen Z game. Vendors, investors, and consulting firms will also be considered if there’s room and the group agrees.

How much does it cost?

Participation in our working group is $799. We’re only offering this price to this first group of people who join us. That’s not a lot of money for a group that could potentially generate millions of dollars in revenue for your organization.

Time commitment

Starting in January, we’ll meet 4 times over ZOOM over 6 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes. There will also be opportunities to meetup and work in person in New York City.
